Tarea Stout has worked in the counseling field for over 30 years. She has a wide range of experience of helping people with both physical and mental disabilities overcome challenges in life. She began her career working with youth and their families in various capacities including crisis work, outpatient, and residential programs. For many years, she worked in Vocational Rehabilitation from counselor to state director. She recently completed eight years as the Madison County School District Transition Coordinator, where she dedicated herself to working with families and students in middle and high schools.
